1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift opportunities available Job Summary Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for Light Assembly and Production roles. In this position, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment performing basic assembly, packaging, and production tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills with a leading workforce solutions provider. Key Responsibilities Assemble products or components following written and verbal instructions Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Package, label, and prepare items for shipment Operate basic hand tools and light machinery as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Meet daily production goals and deadlines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Basic attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs (varies by assignment) Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance Why Work with Kelly Professional & Industrial?
