2:00 PM•10:30 PM We are hiring a detail-oriented Production Associate to support medical device manufacturing operations in a clean, safety-focused production environment. This temporary position is responsible for assembling and testing Personal Diabetes Managers (PDMs), preparing product kits, managing inventory activities, and supporting quality-driven manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble, label, inspect, and package medical device products and kits Operate testing equipment and perform quality checks on finished goods Complete inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation tasks Follow SOPs, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and cGMP manufacturing procedures Identify and report quality, safety, or process concerns Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production workspace Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or regulated environments preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Ability to distinguish red, green, and blue colors on handheld devices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable operating manual and electric pallet jacks Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance Ready to join a growing medical device manufacturing team?
