Job Summary The club support team member is a passionate individual who seeks to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This person is responsible for day-to-day office tasks, club cleanliness, welcoming guests and members to the gym, and selling membership and training services. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, ability to collaborate and communicate, and ability to influence others in a positive way. Key Responsibilities Membership+ training sales

• a large component of the club support role is centered around membership and training sales. You must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads and walk-ins to members. Member Account Maintenance tasks
• Contact and update members billing information when needed. Field and attempt to save cancellation requests. Assist members with freezing/unfreezing their accounts. Day-to-day club support tasks
• Club support team members will need to take on some club operations tasks either daily, or as the needs present themselves. Cleaning is a large part of this role to ensure the club presents well to prospects and meets our clubs' standards of excellence. Team Player
