Starting Pay:

$21.93 per hour 2nd

Shift Differential:

+$2.00/hour = $23.93 3rd

Shift Differential:

+$1.00/hour = $22.93

Shift:

Candidates must be flexible to support business needs, including overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift The first week of orientation will be on 1st shift (8:00 AM•3:00 PM) Assigned shift will be communicated after orientation

What You Will Do Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets Monitor and enter data into computer control systems Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of the work area Work as part of a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals Operate and/or work around mobile equipment Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a loud, industrial, highvolume manufacturing environment What Will Put You Ahead Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry or a fastpaced manufacturing environment At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
