Production Associate

Job Title - Manufacturing & Production Associate Overview This is an entry‑level manufacturing role supporting multiple departments, including production, assembly, machine operation, sewing, and warehouse functions. We are looking for reliable, hands‑on individuals with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Positions are available on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) and 2nd Shift (2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.). Job Duties Operate basic machinery used in slitting, pleating, sewing, and assembly. Cut and process large rolls of material into finished components. Run pleating and production machines with training provided. Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards. Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, inventory, and shipping. Stitch and finish textile components using industrial sewing equipment.
