• as a Production Associate Must be able to work both First and Third Shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled. They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas: Welding Assembly Blue print reading Machine operation Buffing and grinding Refrigeration knowledge Electrical knowledge Hand tool operation Fork truck operating Basic computer skills Tape measure reading

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Have good attendance habits. Must be safety conscience. Cooperative/team player. Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands. Able to learn new things quickly. Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or GED is required
