  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team.
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through material receiving, final inspection of finished goods, and preparation of materials for cleanroom production. This role ensures all activities are performed in compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Material Handling Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect incoming shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness Accurately label, log, and store materials in designated areas Maintain inventory records and support material traceability requirements Final Inspection (Finished Goods) Perform final inspection of finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards Complete inspection documentation and release paperwork accurately Identify and report non-conforming materials in accordance with quality procedures Work closely with Quality Assurance to resolve inspection issues Cleanroom Material Preparation Prepare and stage materials for cleanroom production activities Ensure all materials meet cleanliness and documentation requirements prior to entry into controlled environments Follow gowning and material transfer procedures for cleanroom compliance Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical) is a plus Basic understanding of quality systems and documentation practices
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory systems, data entry) Effective communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:
Combination of warehouse, production floor, and cleanroom environments Must be able to lift/move materials up to 25 lbs Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including cleanroom gowning
Additional Notes:
Adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies is required at all times Flexibility to support different production activities based on business needs
