Full-time Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented builder to construct custom small-scale structures.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and client specifications Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision Install doors, windows, roofing, insulation, and interior features Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely Ensure builds meet local codes and customer expectations Maintain a clean and organized worksite Communicate project timelines and updates with supervisors

Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry or light construction Strong understanding of building materials and tools Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials High attention to detail
