P Summary:

Production Associate 1 is responsible for the receipt, warehousing, supply to Production, and shipping of the MTEA material. They are to work safely, always maintaining the quality of the material. Production Associate 1 works to keep high inventory accuracy, as well as utilizes First In First Out (FIFO) method of controlling inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work safely at all times. Understand and follow work instructions. Practice and follow all Quality Assurance requirements (i.e., TS16949, IATF16949, ISO14001, etc.) & internal procedures. Complete department housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards. Contribute to teamwork environment. Participate in continuous improvement activities as assigned. Participate and complete all mandatory overtime including Saturday and Sunday, as scheduled. Pick/pack parts with high accuracy. Load/unload trucks. Recycle any/all items allowed. High accuracy/organization of paperwork/physical counts. Perform other duties as assigned by MTEA management.

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. throughout the shift. Ability to stand throughout the shift and overtime as assigned. Proficient in computers and RF scanning. Prefer ERP computer experience. Must have forklift experience. Applicant Tracking Software by
