Production Coordinator

is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to serve as the key link between our Customer Service team and our Production departments, including Cutting, Sewing, Inspection, and Shipping. This role is essential in keeping orders moving efficiently through the production floor while helping ensure customers receive accurate updates and on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicates well with multiple departments, and can confidently prioritize shifting demands throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track all open retail and wholesale orders throughout the production process. Act as the primary liaison between Customer Service and Manufacturing teams. Coordinate production priorities based on due dates, rush orders, customer needs, and operational capacity. Reassign or move orders throughout the floor as priorities change. Troubleshoot order delays, bottlenecks, or issues before they impact customers Provide status updates to Customer Service so they can communicate accurately with customers. Work closely with Cutting, Sewing, Inspection, and Shipping teams to maintain workflow. Help resolve urgent customer concerns by finding practical internal solutions quickly. Support continuous improvement of production communication and scheduling processes.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem solving ability. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities. Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, logistics or operations preferred. Comfortable working across departments and building team cooperation. Detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
