This role is essential in managing incoming contracts, reviewing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to production. Key Responsibilities Review and process contracts and paperwork submitted by multiple sales consultants Identify and resolve any documentation issues in a timely manner Communicate with sales consultants to correct or clarify paperwork as needed Follow up with customers regarding documentation, scheduling, or outstanding items Provide professional and responsive customer service via phone and email Maintain accurate and organized records of all project documentation Support overall office operations to ensure workflow efficiency Qualifications Minimum 10 years of office experience required Associate's degree (or higher) preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and strong phone skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle paperwork discrepancies independently What We Offer Stable, full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 AM start) Competitive starting pay at $20+/hour, based on experience Opportunity to join a busy, growing company in the home improvement industry 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance Simple IRA with 3% match
