Production Expeditor ExoTerra Resource, LLC - 2.6 Littleton, CO Job Details Full-time $25 - $50 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications ERP systems MRP Productivity software Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description Acts as the tactical enabler on the shop floor, clearing bottlenecks and ensuring material, parts, and paperwork flow so production stays on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Track, chase, and move critical material and parts across receiving, stores, and the floor. Verify parts kits are complete, staged, and issued before work orders start. Escalate shortages, non-conformances, and supplier delays to the Planner/Procurement team. Follow up on purchase order status, supplier commits, and logistics updates. Support technicians by resolving missing drawings, travelers, or tooling gaps. Report daily readiness and shortages to Planners and Sr Ops Manager.

Authority:

Authorized agent to apply for inventory releases Reallocate available inventory across competing builds within Planner-approved priorities. Request supplier expedite or alternate sourcing through Procurement. Escalate blocked work orders to Functional Managers for immediate resolution. Trigger MRB/Quality review for discovered non-conformances impacting production. Required Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of relevant planning and manufacturing experience. ERP system experience with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP). Costpoint Experience preferred Great leadership attributes and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, both written and orally, and attention to detail. Ability to quickly react to changes in a fast-paced environment. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite. Must be eligible to work in the US Desired Skills Have experience using an ERP/MRP system and Microsoft Office to plan and manage existing and future projects, ensuring efficiency across multiple departments Have experience coordinating a production workflow and staffing needs with a production team to ensure accurate staffing needs for multiple projects Have experience with daily monitoring of production progress - identifying any potential risks and providing solutions to avoid any production gaps and slips Have experience coordinating with multiple teams to update project deliverables with information related to multiple teams Have experience working quickly to mitigate any issues, communicating effectively with production and warehouse teams Export Control / Compliance Requirements To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
