This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on fabrication experience and previous employment within a sign company environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced production setting, and capable of producing high-quality signage while following established production procedures and deadlines. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of fabrication or sign production experience Previous experience working for a sign company is required Experience with ADA signage, acrylic fabrication, UV printing, engraving, CNC routing, or laser equipment preferred Ability to read and follow production proofs and work orders accurately Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to prioritize workload and meet production deadlines Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Responsibilities Fabricate custom ADA and commercial signage Operate production equipment including lasers, CNC machines, and UV printers Cut, bevel, assemble, paint, and prepare signage materials for production Verify measurements, colors, layouts, and production specifications before fabrication Maintain organization and cleanliness within the production area Communicate production issues or material shortages to management promptly Assist with packaging, finishing, and quality inspections as needed Follow all company safety procedures and production SOPs Preferred Experience Applied acrylic fabrication UV printing and finishing Laser engraving and CNC operation Braille insertion and tactile lettering Vinyl application and sign assembly Sign cleaning and finishing processes What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and understands the pace and expectations of a production-based sign company. Accuracy, accountability, and consistency are extremely important in this role. Pay Pay will be based on experience and skill level.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
