Shift:

7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM

• Hiring ASAP A well-established electronics manufacturing company in Lodi, NJ is seeking Production Floor Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, soldering, or manufacturing experience looking for long-term stability and growth.

Compensation:

Starting at $20/hr Up to $22/hr for candidates with J-STD or IPC soldering certifications

Responsibilities:

Perform routine electronic and mechanical production operations following manufacturing documentation and work instructions Read and interpret assembly drawings, travelers, procedures, and specifications Complete production tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting quality standards Perform soldering operations including lead wires, connectors, and contacts Operate production machinery, hand tools, and equipment used in manufacturing processes Clean parts using solvents, abrasive materials, ultrasonic cleaners, and compressed air Handle production materials including adhesives, solders, fluxes, resins, and other manufacturing chemicals safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members and learn new production processes Support production activities across assembly, plating, clean room, and stock room departments

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to communicate effectively in English Comfortable working with chemicals and using required PPE Experience using wire cutters, stripping tools, soldering equipment, and related tools preferred Must be able to successfully complete IPC Solder Training and Certification within the first 3 weeks of employment

IPC/J-STD
