This is a great opportunity to learn skilled trades like sandblasting and powder coating while working in a steady, full-time role. Key Responsibilities Assist with sandblasting operations as needed
Wash and prepare parts for finishing
Learn and support powder coating processes
Hang parts for coating (up to 40 lbs. manually)
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Perform general labor tasks to support daily production What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in a shop environment, including hot conditions in summer
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus (not required) What We Offer Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (some weekends but rare)
