Production Graphics / Prepress Specialist (Part-Time)

Crystal Imagery Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Graphics / Prepress Specialist to assist with artwork preparation and customer proof creation for our premium engraved glassware business. This position focuses primarily on preparing customer-supplied logos and artwork for production. The role is highly process-driven and requires strong attention to detail, consistency, organization, and speed. This is not primarily a creative design position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working within established workflows and standards while producing clean, accurate artwork and customer proofs.

Responsibilities:

Convert customer-supplied raster artwork into vector format using Vector Magic and Adobe Illustrator Clean up and refine vector artwork files for production use Create customer proof images by applying artwork to product templates in Photoshop Maintain consistent proof quality and alignment standards Organize and manage digital artwork files Assist with seasonal increases in proofing and artwork preparation volume Work closely with production and customer service teams to ensure artwork accuracy

Requirements:

Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong attention to detail and file organization Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable performing repetitive production-oriented graphic tasks Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency Good communication skills and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with vector artwork preparation or prepress production Experience working in print shops, sign shops, engraving, promotional products, apparel decoration, or related production environments Familiarity with raster-to-vector conversion workflows Experience creating production proofs or mockups
