Production Helper Join a Stable Industrial Manufacturer with Strong Growth Potential We are hiring a Production Helper to support the manufacturing of aluminum powder in a large‑scale industrial operation. This is a hands‑on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, working with machinery, and being part of a team that keeps essential manufacturing processes running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do As a Production Helper, you will play a key role in daily manufacturing operations: Support aluminum powder production by loading raw materials and removing finished metal Operate and assist with screening, blending, and furnace equipment Handle materials by filling and moving 55‑gallon drums, Supersacs, and railcars Assist with blending tower operations to maintain consistent product quality Transport materials safely within the facility for storage and shipping Perform visual inspections and basic checks to identify issues early Complete general housekeeping and light plant maintenance to maintain safe work areas Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools such as tape measures Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals Follow all safety policies and procedures in a heavy industrial environment Schedule 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule Rotates between day and night shifts Supports 24/7 operations , providing built‑in overtime and consistent days off What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, production, general labor, construction, or similar environments Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial equipment Ability to work outdoors year‑round in heat, cold, and changing weather Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb multiple flights of stairs regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to follow procedures, complete tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities Basic math skills for measurement and inspection tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmerton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
