Production Laborer

• Now Hiring Carolinas Staffing Solutions Carolinas Staffing Solutions is currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to support production operations with one of our valued clients.

This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in maintaining product quality and overall efficiency within a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production setting and be willing to assist with a variety of general labor tasks while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack, sort, and handle product materials Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility Perform general labor duties, including use of shovels and basic tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow all company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Previous general labor or hands-on experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Comfortable working in a production environment (heat, dust, etc.) Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Schedule:

Full-time 8-12 hour shifts 1st

7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM (2 openings) 2nd

Shift:

3:30 PM

• 12:00 AM (3 openings)

Pay:

Starting at $11.00 per hour
