Pay Rate:

Starts at $16 per hour.

• Temp-to-Hire:

  This is a 30-day temp-to-hire position. Upon successful conversion, the pay increases to $21 per hour based on your performance and attendance.

Schedule:

You must be available to work any shift, including days or nights (12:30 AM

• 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM
• 12:30 AM).

Availability:

Monday through Sunday; scheduled days off will vary.

Responsibilities:

• Dough Processing:

  Gather, measure, and mix ingredients according to specific batch recipes.

• Quality Control:

  Monitor dough temperatures, perform metal detector checks, and maintain the proofing library.

• Equipment Operation:

  Manage and troubleshoot automated machinery, including dough dividers, tray buffers, and JLS "dough bots" via HMI interventions.

• Inventory & Staging:

  Organize product by size in the cooler and ensure all tray printing is high quality for shipment.

Sanitation:

Operate tray wash equipment, ensuring water pressure and detergent levels meet strict sanitization standards.

Working hours:

12:00 AM

Skills:

• Experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) for equipment troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in a food production or climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Great attention to detail for recording batch data and titration testing.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work comfortably with yeast and flour products.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, and work in refrigerated environments (33-38?F).

• Strength:
