Production Lead

Position Summary Primary responsibilities include performing all tasks required to create a quality product while meeting management expectations. This position is responsible for supporting team-building practices, communicating product quality standards to employees, maintaining a positive attitude, and adapting to changes as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an advanced-level leadership position. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities, and qualifications: Previous leadership or team lead experience preferredAbility to learn and understand company products, processes, and terminologyStrong ability to provide constructive feedback and effectively communicate with employees, other departments, and various levels of managementGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to quality, workplace safety, and achieving production goalsAbility to support, train, and motivate team members while maintaining productivity and efficiency Essential Functions Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned, requested, or directed. Working Hours Monday-Thursday:

7:00 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)

Occasional Saturdays:

Rare, as needed
