Production Lead $30/hr Job Description Join our team as a 2nd Shift Production Lead in a dynamic door manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring production quality and efficiency, working from Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to Midnight, with occasional overtime as business needs require. Responsibilities Review weekly quality control reports and take corrective action on identified issues. Participate in weekly quality meetings to set and implement team-specific quality goals. Engage in team lead meetings to identify and resolve shop-wide operational challenges. Document and recommend improvements to new hire training procedures. Ensure full compliance with the new hire onboarding schedule. Manage and track cross-training efforts to maintain staffing flexibility. Essential Skills Leadership experience. Manufacturing experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, quality assurance, machine operation, and assembly. Why Work Here?
