Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and willing to learn candidate to join our team. As a Machine operator, you will be responsible for operating a different variety of machinery after job shadowing current operators to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

• Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses to produce precision parts
• Read blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
• Inspect finished parts for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
• Collaborate other team members to improve production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and principles
• Experience with Fanuc controls (Optional)
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or specifications
• Familiarity with tooling selection
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
