We are seeking a dynamic, hands on, and energetic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and foster a safe, efficient work environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our production teams. Duties Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the production process to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals Lead and motivate production staff, providing clear direction and support to maximize team performance Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows as needed, and troubleshoot operational issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and prevent downtime Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for continuous improvement initiatives Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization Skills Proven experience in manufacturing or production management with a strong understanding of production processes Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with proactive decision-making skills Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality assurance standards Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and convey expectations clearly Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Technical proficiency with manufacturing software systems is a plus Join us as a Production Manager and be part of a vibrant team committed to operational excellence! $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
