As Production Manager - Dry Bushings, you will lead Dry Bushing Assembly operations at Hitachi Energy, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production that supports critical energy infrastructure worldwide. In this role, you will own daily production performance while shaping longer‑term capacity, cost, and improvement strategies. You'll work closely with cross‑functional partners across manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, and leadership to align people, processes, and technology with business priorities. From optimizing schedules and budgets to driving lean manufacturing initiatives, your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
