Production Superintendent

• Grounds Crew Supervision (Fort Stewart, GA) Full-Time | Year-Round | Military Base Access Required Munie Greencare Professionals is hiring a full-time Production Superintendent to lead crew operations at our Fort Stewart site.

Role:

The Production Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising multiple crews performing grounds and maintenance work. You'll ensure schedules are followed, teams stay safe and productive, and that each day's work is executed with efficiency and care. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and crucial to keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, direct, and support field crews on a daily basis Ensure work is completed on time, safely, and to quality expectations Communicate clearly with team leads and site contacts Monitor and adjust daily schedules as needed Oversee equipment use and ensure job readiness Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, safety, and results

What You'll Need:

Strong people leadership or field supervision experience (any industry) Ability to plan and execute daily field operations Must pass a background check and drug screening for military base access Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lead from the field, not just the office Clear communicator with the ability to coach and motivate teams Outside labor and 2-3 years Landscape knowledge required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting Salary:

$40,000

• 45,000/year , depending on experience Full-time, year-round position with opportunities for advancement Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed Eligible for company benefits after introductory period
