gogcg.com/custom-engineered/) is currently seeking a Production Manager at our Leominster, MA Cable Assembly facility! We're seeking a strategic leader who can navigate the seas of operational excellence with finesse and flair. As the Production Manager, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations for our assembly and test teams, from material preparation through shipment. You'll oversee our Production Supervisors and Production Controls (planning, scheduling, and materials) to ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and efficient operations. Additionally, you'll drive continuous improvement and support a safe, organized work environment. Jytek Drive, Leominster MA Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, four ten-hour shifts with overtime as needed What you'll do Lead all warehouse and production operations for facility including Safety, Quality, People and Operational Excellence Ensure the location is performing to GCG standards as it relates to safety, quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction Identify and execute talent upgrades and training Lead onboarding of key employees

Promotes a progressive environment that embraces Lean principles i.e., 5S, Daily Management, Kaizen Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors and production staff Conceive, collaborate, develop, and implement processes for continual improvement Manage production scheduling, capacity planning, and work order release Allocate resources and personnel to maximize coverage and production output Complete performance reviews and manage performance of direct and indirect reports Coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability Ensure all necessary training is provided and completed, including but not limited to, production procedures, forklift operations, and OSHA and

requirements Perform daily production audits and monthly department ISO quality audits Identify, generate, monitor, and report on facility metrics Track and resolve customer quality issues Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment Other duties as assigned What you'll bring 5+ years of Manufacturing Management experience with a focus on developing team members and facilitating continuous improvement efforts Experience working with cable or cable harness assemblies preferred Experience with production planning and scheduling Strong supervisory skills and demonstrated proficiency with operations management Ability to quickly learn the facility's manufacturing procedures to oversee and manage day-to-day operations Working knowledge of ERP and other supply chain systems, as well as Microsoft Office and other general business communication and execution platforms Strong communication skills, basic math skills, and demonstrated experience motivating teams Ability to contribute positively to team dynamics Ability to meet productivity standards, manage time effectively, and complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and maintain consistent performance under varying conditions Ability to follow safety protocols, report concerns, and reliably adhere to work schedules and upper management instructions Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift 50lbs What We Offer Competitive base salary ranging from$100,000 to $110,000, dependent on relevant experience Comprehensive health coverage with multiple plan options (CDHP and PPO) Company-paid life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, supplemental insurance options Generous time off including PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and compassionate care leave Wellness and support programs (EAP, wellness incentives, telehealth) Extras including dental/vision, FSAs/HSAs with company contributions, pet insurance, legal services, and ID theft protection An employee-centric culture that values and truly appreciates our most important asset: You!
