Production Manager - Tire Assembly Manufacturing

Randstad is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production at a tire assembly manufacturer in Pewaukee, WI. The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of hands-on production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while leading and developing production teams.

• Managing day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Leading and developing production hourly staff.
• Monitoring KPIs such as throughput and efficiency while implementing corrective actions.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborating with Quality, Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
