What You'll Do:

Prepare high-quality dry mix products for packaging and distribution Read and accurately follow mixing schedules and batch sheets Weigh ingredients precisely and operate mixing equipment to create consistent batches Provide samples to Quality Assurance for product verification Safely operate a forklift to transport and stage ingredients and materials Document production activities and maintain accurate records Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, write, and speak) 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift experience is a plus Must be available for 3rd shift hours and occasional overtime Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks Why Join Our Team?
