Production Operations Manager

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead daily operations within a fast-paced precast concrete manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production, driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations, production schedules, and workflow management Lead, develop, and support production supervisors and plant staff Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Coordinate with engineering, sales, and logistics teams to align production with project needs Maintain compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and company standards Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance efforts Track production KPIs, labor utilization, and operational performance Qualifications 5+ years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing or a related industry Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and workflow optimization Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Lean manufacturing experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package Stable, established company with strong industry presence Growth and advancement opportunities
