Job Description
Responsibilities Avient is building a talent pipeline specifically for candidates referred by our current employees at the Albion facility. This posting is not for a specific open position, but collects referrals for future manufacturing opportunities.

Starting @ 19.00 per hour + Shift Diff (We Pay forEXPERIENCE!

2nd and 3rd shift positions typically availableDays:
Monday - Friday What is the job: As a Production Operator at Avient, you'll set up and operate equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals that make up our customer products, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. You'll also be responsible for machine maintenance, quality control, data recording, and supporting the company's vision and principles while adhering to safety and regulatory rules. - High School diploma, General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent training & experience
- Work experience in an industrial operations environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedure manuals
- Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must have the ability to use conversions, work with different units such as weight, volume, density, distance, etc. Physical Demands
