Employees may work in punch press, molding, adhesive/shear operations, assembly, finishing, inspection, overtender, or washer feeder areas. Work is primarily performed in a standing position and involves loading and unloading parts, inspecting products for quality, completing production documentation, and following safety procedures. Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow all shop cards, HF-015 procedures, VSW instructions, and safety guidelines Operate punch presses and other production equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload parts and materials from presses and assembly equipment Use air or suction tools when required Apply adhesive and assemble components as needed Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Identify and separate defective or nonconforming products Complete required production paperwork throughout the shift Maintain a clean and organized work area, including 5S activities Assist in other production areas as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, load, and move parts throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required #NEIND1
