This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Pack products according to production and quality standards
• Perform visual quality checks and report defects
• Seal, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Dispose of waste materials properly
• Work with team members to meet production goals Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasional heavier lifting with proper technique
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail Work Environment
• Manufacturing facility with machinery and noise
• Temperature may vary by season
• Use of required PPE Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and work reliably

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
