: AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a Production Planner/Scheduler at our Lancaster Floor Plant in Lancaster, PA. The Production Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for working with Corporate Supply Planner and plant leadership team to schedule production for the CVL and LVT lines. This role reports to the Plant Manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties: Working with Corporate Supply Planning to schedule plant production in accordance with the production, sales, and inventory (PSI) plan Purchasing raw materials and production supplies to support production requirements and working capital targets Coordinate with raw material vendors for new/out of spec materials Responsible for tracking of daily adherence to the production schedule Responsible for managing the weekly inventory cycle count process Responsible for generating the plant delivery schedules Responsible for the generation of M3 reports to audit various production transactions and plant processesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point Proficient in ERP System (M3 preferred) Strong Communication Skills Excellent organizational and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail Ability to follow established policies and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening Positive and Verifiable Work History Must follow safety guidelines and wear applicable safety equipment, e.g., safety glasses, side shields, approved safety shoes, and other PPE as neededPHYSICAL DEMANDS
