We are looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure that deadlines are met, and monitoring inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. •Please note that, due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements, this position is limited to U.S. persons, defined as U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holders).•Job Prerequisites:
3 years of Production Planning, Scheduling, and Coordination. GED or High School Education required. Experience with MRP processes and ERP systems. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Ability to speak, read, and write English required. Spanish speaking a plus.Essential Functions:
Analyze and interpret data to develop production schedules. Develop and maintain production plans aligned with customer requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met. Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules accordingly. Analyze customer demand and forecast future demand. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Maintain accurate records of production activities. Knowledge of Assembly manufacturing techniques (i. e. soldering) and equipment a plus. Experience with ISO standards and lean manufacturing Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Additional Responsibilities:
