Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Planning / Scheduling Supervisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Richmond, CA. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, coordinating schedules, optimizing resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day manufacturing operations using
EPICOR ERP.

EPICOR ERP
experience (Required) Strong manufacturing production planning and scheduling background Experience supervising production operations in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed production schedules using EPICOR Coordinate production plans to meet customer demand and inventory targets Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules as needed Evaluate materials, labor, and equipment availability for production readiness Manage blending operations and production workflow Coordinate truck shipments and inventory movement Process job receipts and inventory consumption in EPICOR Proof and manage production jobs within ERP system Identify and resolve production disruptions and productivity issues Track production costs and help ensure operations remain within budget Report production status, metrics, and issues to leadership Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, supply chain, and management teams
