In this role, you will be responsible for preparing , high-quality dishes that range from burgers, Asian Dim-Sum, Rice and/or noodles in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety to showcase their skills and grow within a vibrant food industry setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Support catering events and special functions by preparing meals with precision and efficiency Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks Food Prep/Dishwashing Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food service environment Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment usage Experience with food handling procedures Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
