Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITITIES
- Production Scheduling & Integration This function ensures seamless collaboration between internal teams and the incoming operation by aligning communication, expectations, and workflows to support a smooth, efficient integration process. Act as the primary liaison between Brisco's internal teams and the incoming operation's leadership (production, sales support, and order management functions) Coordinate daily communication to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution Facilitate a smooth integration of workflows, processes, and expectations between teams Order Management & System Coordination This area focuses on maintaining accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in order intake and system entry, ensuring all production jobs are properly structured, documented, and ready for execution. Oversee the intake, review, and processing of incoming orders Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready for production Enter and manage orders within internal systems, maintaining data integrity Help standardize and streamline order flow across both organizations Internal Production Alignment This responsibility connects administrative planning with real-time production activity, ensuring that scheduling, prioritization, and execution on the production floor are fully aligned with incoming order requirements. Work closely with key internal roles including: Plant Management Production Scheduling Shipping/Receiving Production Floor Supervisors Ensure proper coordination between administrative planning and production execution Assist in prioritizing jobs and maintaining production timelines Communication & Customer Service This role requires strong internal customer service by ensuring clear, proactive communication across departments, helping manage expectations, resolve issues quickly, and maintain confidence throughout the production process. Provide high-level internal customer service across departments and partner teams Communicate order status, changes, and issues clearly and proactively Serve as a problem-solver when challenges arise between teams Process Improvement & Integration Support This function focuses on identifying inefficiencies and helping build structured, scalable processes that improve workflow, reduce errors, and support long-term operational success across integrated teams. Identify inefficiencies in workflow and recommend improvements Assist in developing standardized processes for long-term scalability Support ongoing integration efforts by helping align systems, communication, and execution Reporting & Oversight This area ensures leadership visibility into operations by tracking performance, monitoring key metrics, and providing regular updates to support informed decision-making and continuous operational improvement. Provide regular updates to senior operations and finance leadership Track key operational metrics such as order flow, turnaround time, and production efficiencyQualifications Required:
5+ years of experience in production coordination, operations, or manufacturing administration Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows (industry flexible—not limited to apparel or screen printing) Experience working with order entry systems, ERP platforms, or production management software Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and accountabilityPreferred:
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment Background in process improvement, workflow optimization, or operations integration Experience working across multiple departments or business units Key Traits for Success Highly proactive and solution-oriented Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control of details Clear communicator who can work across teams with different priorities Process-minded with the ability to bring structure to complex situations Reporting Structure Reports to senior operations leadership Works closely with plant leadership, scheduling, and production teams Acts as the central coordination point between internal teams and the incoming operationPay:
