Job Title:

Production Supervisor Job Description The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and management of 20-25 team members in a fast-paced, tier 1 automotive environment. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of 20-25 production employees. Ensure efficient production processes in a lean manufacturing environment. Maintain safety standards and promote a culture of safety. Manage and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Handle hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions. Oversee production management and reporting structures. Essential Skills Experience in supervision and production supervision. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Strong production management skills. Ability to handle safety protocols and maintain safety standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to manage and report KPIs. Experience in handling hiring, firing, and discipline processes. Capacity to manage reporting structures effectively. Why Work Here?
