Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our second shift manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an environment where independence, accountability, and sound decision-making are essential.

Second shift leadership operates with minimal day-to-day oversight, so we are looking for someone who can confidently lead operations, solve problems, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll DoAs the Second Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality products, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery while maintaining a strong culture of safety and accountability.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and support a skilled second shift production team with confidence and minimal supervisionMake sound operational decisions independently while maintaining productivity and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with production employees, leadership, and cross-functional departments to keep workflow moving smoothlyMaintain proper flow of parts and materials between work centers and departmentsPromote and enforce a safe working environment, including compliance with PPE and safety proceduresIdentify production issues quickly, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutionsEscalate critical concerns appropriately while maintaining shift continuity and operational stabilityTrain, mentor, and develop employees to build a reliable and accountable teamConduct employee evaluations and contribute to hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForPrevious leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong independent decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesDependable, self-motivated, and able to lead effectively with minimal supportStrong communication and team leadership skillsCommitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational excellenceAbility to hold employees accountable while maintaining positive working relationshipsWhy Join Us?

QualificationsWhat You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree preferred3 or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environmentPrevious experience supervising employees on an off-shift or in a low-oversight environment strongly preferredStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow management, and production schedulingDemonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountableExperience conducting employee training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions preferredBasic computer skills and experience with manufacturing software or ERP systems preferredHiring Range $69,000 -$83,000 annually. Final rate will be determined based on skills and experience of candidate.
