This role is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401K match We are working with a growing company that is looking to add a Production Supervisor to their team on a direct hire basis. This person will play a key role in overseeing second shift production operations, leading employees, driving accountability, and helping improve overall production efficiency.

What They Are Looking For:

Strong background in manufacturing or production environments Assembly line experience Understanding of production flow, throughput, yield, waste reduction, and operational efficiency Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and make objective operational decisions Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, and productivity Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production environment Someone who understands the importance of keeping production running with minimal downtime

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support second shift production employees Monitor daily production output, efficiency, and quality metrics Ensure production schedules and operational goals are met Address production issues quickly to minimize downtime Coach, train, and develop employees while maintaining accountability standards Partner with leadership to improve processes and overall production performance Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Additional Requirements:
