2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM) We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and developing production team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead and promote a strong safety-first culture across the production floor Supervise daily production activities to meet operational goals and schedules Coach, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and productivity Ensure employees are properly trained in safety, quality, equipment operation, and procedures Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices Troubleshoot production issues and work with technical teams for resolution Monitor production efficiency, inventory, and workflow processes Support employee relations and maintain a positive team environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, and process improvement concepts Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

Pay:

$71,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
