Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

This individual will effectively lead and develop new and existing employees in the manufacturing area. They will be responsible for training employees and ensure compliance of all company policies/procedures with an emphasis on safety and product quality. They will assess individual and departmental performance and develop plans for change and/or improvement when needed. The supervisor will oversee daily operations of the assigned building/areas and make sure product and parts are completed in a timely manner to meet production goals.

Essential Job Requirements:

High School diploma or G.E.D. required, Associate's degree preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Individual should have strong communication skills, product knowledge as well as the ability to read prints and shop orders. They should be a self-starter and have strong leadership skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential. Confidentiality and professionalism are required, as position will deal with employee issues and other Human Resources-related issues that arise.
