Full-time Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the automobile manufacturing line. This role ensures production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. The supervisor manages a team of operators and technicians, enforces standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of assigned production areas to ensure on-time delivery and production targets are met. Maintain production schedules, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing or resources as needed. Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and adherence to process controls. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S). Train, coach, and evaluate production workers for skill development and performance improvement. Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure machines and tools are in proper working order. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs. Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO/TS 16949, IATF standards, and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Engineering, HR, Logistics) to resolve issues and improve workflow.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive.

Education:

High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is not required, but would be a plus. Knowledge

• Strong understanding of automotive production process
• Knowledge of ERP and MES systems (e.

g., SAP, SIS)
