You will drive quality in accordance with company standards. You will drive scrap reduction in accordance with company standards. You will identify and manage labor in accordance with company standards. You will identify and maintain training and cross training programs. You will identify and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company standards and OSHA. You will lead a team of other exceptional production staff. You will conduct daily shift exchange meetings. You will lead and conduct weekly production meetings with key managers. You will work directly with scheduling. You will be hands on each and every day with production to ensure all standards are met. You will work in conjunction with the warehouse manager to ensure efficiency and unity between production and the warehouse. You will identify and lead process improvement projects. General requirements:

Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering, logistics, supply chain, or business. Five or more years of proven success as a Production Manager or Supervisor. Ability to successfully perform all duties above. Must be able to learn and perform each production position. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Proficient in SAP Proficient in Excel EOE.
