As an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing and submitting accurate and timely MDS assessments, reconciling documentation with orders and therapy, and managing

PDPM/RUG

coding, care plans, quality audits, and staff training. You will also support surveys and QA/QAPI activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
