Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Silgan Dispensing United States, Rhode Island, Slatersville 110 Graham Drive (Show on map) May 13, 2026 The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations and to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role leads and supports production staff, coordinates work priorities, monitors efficiency and scrap rates, and ensures throughput and quality standards are consistently met. The supervisor is also responsible for enforcing safety procedures, troubleshooting operational issues, manufacturing record compliance, in process inventory accuracy, and escalating issues up to management and other departments, as necessary. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills are essential.
