What You'll Do:

Supervise daily retreading operations to ensure production goals are met safely, accurately, and on schedule. Lead weekly production meetings and communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates. Work side-by-side with team members on the production floor, filling in as needed while managing overall shop flow. Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operational. Oversee accurate completion of production records and documentation. Enforce safety protocols and ensure consistent use of required PPE. Implement and maintain quality control processes to reduce defects and improve product quality. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance guidance to retread technicians and retread leads.

What You Bring:

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Thorough understanding of tire retreading processes and quality standards. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the production floor
