$85,000 ? $90,000 annually + performance bonus Position Overview The Production Supervisor will coordinate all night-shift activities across multiple production lines. Responsibilities include managing staffing, maintaining production goals, supporting quality initiatives, promoting workplace safety, and assisting with continuous improvement efforts. This role oversees approximately 40?50 employees including machine operators, group leads, material handlers, and production staff. Key Responsibilities Production Leadership ? Ensure production goals and schedules are achieved ? Assign work and monitor daily output ? Support operators and team leads throughout the shift ? Identify and resolve workflow or production issues ? Track production performance and support process improvements Quality & Compliance ? Ensure products meet company quality standards ? Monitor scrap, defects, and rework levels ? Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulations ? Ensure work instructions and documentation are followed Safety Management ? Promote and enforce workplace safety standards ? Address safety concerns and corrective actions ? Participate in incident investigations when needed ? Maintain accurate safety documentation Supervision & Team Development ? Lead, coach, and develop production employees ? Conduct performance reviews and employee discussions ? Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts ? Maintain proper staffing and shift coverage Qualifications ? 1+ year of manufacturing supervisory experience required ? 5+ years of experience in a production environment ? Bachelor?s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred ? Experience in regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments is a plus ? Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S practices preferred ?
