Job Description

We're looking for a dependable Team Leader to guide daily field operations while working alongside crew members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role combines hands-on labor with frontline leadership, supporting both team performance and customer expectations. What You'll Bring Leadership presence

  • Identifies inefficiencies, resolves issues quickly, and keeps work on schedule Mechanical awareness
  • Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and industrial work practices What You'll Do Lead and coordinate daily tasks for assigned crew members while actively performing labor alongside the team Ensure all work is completed within scheduled timeframes and meets or exceeds customer quality standards Provide hands-on training, guidance, and ongoing coaching to new hires and existing team members Monitor team performance and address concerns through feedback, coaching, and corrective action when needed Promote a fair, consistent, and respectful work environment for all employees Enforce company policies and procedures across safety, operations, and compliance requirements Attend shift or supervisory meetings to align on schedules, priorities, and operational updates Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize use of materials and supplies Prepare and submit reports detailing job progress, deficiencies, delays, or operational challenges Communicate job status, issues, and resource needs to supervisors in a timely manner Support job planning and execution to ensure smooth workflow and team coordination Make independent decisions within the scope of responsibility to maintain productivity and safety What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education Prior experience in industrial, labor, or field operations with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities Ability to understand and apply basic mechanical concepts and safely operate tools or equipment Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding labor throughout 8-12 hour shifts Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces while wearing required PPE, including respirators in environments with dust, fumes, or chemicals Willingness to travel as needed for extended periods and work variable schedules, including overtime, weekends, and multi-day assignments Benefits and Perks Competitive pay and career growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Time off and floating holidays Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community Employee referral bonus program Wellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Stable company with long-term career opportunities Who Thrives Here Individuals who value meaningful work and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment take initiative, communicate clearly, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and service, while understanding that great results come from collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
