Production Support Translator Technician - 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time verbal translation between production staff, engineers, supervisors, and technical teams. Translate written documents such as work instructions, SOPs, training materials, and safety guidelines. Assist in the training of non-native speaking employees by interpreting training sessions and technical instructions. Document translation logs and support communication during audits, meetings, and factory visits.

Qualifications/Skills:

Fluent in English and Spanish; professional-level interpretation and translation skills required. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information across language barriers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP or MES systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Experience working in the automotive industry.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and various materials. Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs. Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends.
